Where does AI Server work?
AI Server works on your restaurant’s website, representing your business. The current setup uses a ZOMI-hosted site; this is not a phone-answering service.
Can I keep the look of my website?
Yes. We can recreate your current website’s look on ZOMI or build an AI Storefront. Both use ZOMI hosting. We agree on changes to the website address and Google Business Profile website link before launch.
How much work will my team need to do?
Our team helps set up your AI. You confirm key restaurant details and tell us when essential information changes. The AI handles the agreed routine work and brings you decisions that need your input.
What can it do on its own?
Guest service runs from your confirmed restaurant information. Website publishing and customer messages follow the permissions agreed during setup. You keep control of prices, policies and important business decisions.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It asks for clarification or directs the guest to your team. Missing ingredient details, availability or special arrangements are not a reason to guess.
What is included in the free offer?
