Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and who processes it for us.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page: your restaurant name, your name, email address, phone number and any message you write.
If you arrive from one of our restaurant reports: that report’s link token, so we know which report you are asking about.
When you search for a restaurant or open a report: the restaurant you look up. The restaurant details in a report come from public sources such as Google Maps.
Technical data our servers record when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to keep the site running and to limit abuse.

To reply to you, prepare and walk through your restaurant’s report, and set up the ZOMI services you ask for. We do not sell your information.

Contact form submissions are currently kept and are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Google Maps Platform: restaurant search, place details and maps. The text you type into the search box and the restaurant you pick are sent to Google.
Anthropic: the AI features in reports and previews. Public information about the restaurant and the requests made through these features are processed by Anthropic’s Claude models.
The details you send through the contact form are not shared with either of them.
Twilio: the text-message code we send when a connection has started a lot of reports. A verified number and the restaurant you were looking at are kept so ZOMI's team can follow up, and are retained like other lead details.
